Alan Sharpe has spent the best part of his career as a telecommunications professional. Branching out on his own soon after leaving communications giant Telstra where he spent 25 years, Alan sought to develop a niche that he saw for specialised technology in the field of call monitoring and incident management.
CallTech’s reputation grew on the back of Alan’s ability to match his clients' business needs to technological solutions and has seen the company form long-standing associations with iconic institutions like The Royal Flying Doctor Service, WA Police and the WA Government’s Department of Racing & Wagering.
Alan’s 40-year career in telecommunications embraces all aspects of business including marketing, sales, technology and management.
Scott has been with CallTech from day one. He has over 15 years of experience in the telephony industry, and is familiar with a wide range of hardware and software.
He has built many applications over the years, which have become a vital part of the day to day operations of CallTech's customers.
While responsible for the development, maintenance and monitoring of the applications and systems that the company develops, he can also sometimes be found answering calls on CallTech’s Support Desk.
Steve has a Bachelor of Science degree from Murdoch University with majors in Computer Science and Information Systems. After graduating in 2000 he gained IT experience working locally and internationally before joining CallTech in 2004.
Like everyone at CallTech, Steve gets involved in all facets of CallTech’s operations including face-to-face meetings with clients as well as fielding client technical enquiries.
Red Box Recorders is Steve’s key area of responsibility. He is responsible for design, installation, training, support and troubleshooting. He brings strong technical skills, experience and expertise to the CallTech team and is always available to help resolve client issues.
