Hear & speak · CallTech since 1992

Try it for a week before you buy it.

Professional headsets, speakerphones and webcams from the brands worth supporting - held in our own East Perth warehouse and sent by air, so most Australian cities see an order in one to two business days.

Nobody can tell whether a headset suits them from a photograph. Which is why we hold our own stock, give advice over the phone, and let you have the thing in your hands before you commit to it.

AAA Headsets has supplied headsets, parts, accessories, speakerphones and webcams to Australian organisations since 1992. It is CallTech's original business, and still runs under its own name.

We are a preferred supplier to businesses, government departments, schools, hospitals and not-for-profits, on customer service, advice and delivery times rather than on price alone. Most customers order online, but the East Perth office is open if you would rather look at something in person.

Only brands worth supporting

We stock EPOS, HP Poly, Jabra and Yealink, brands we are prepared to stand behind after the sale. All are safety tested and approved for use in Australia, and all are backed by a full range of parts and accessories - which matters more than it sounds, because it is the difference between replacing a headset and repairing it.

Why buy from us
A week with the actual headset
Everyone fits differently. We send the product out to try at no charge - buy it if it suits, send it back as new in its packaging if it does not.
Free delivery, sent by air
We hold our own stock and air-freight almost everything at our cost, so orders arrive in days rather than weeks.
Advice from people who use them
Which headset suits a noisy room, a soft talker or an eight-hour shift is a real question. We answer it over the phone before you spend anything.
Parts and accessories kept going
Ear cushions, cables, covers and spares for the brands we sell, so a headset gets repaired rather than replaced.

Not sure which headset?

Tell us the phone system, the room and how long people are on the phone. We'll recommend two or three and send one out to try.
