CallTech is a telephony company specialising in telephone call recording, radio recording, telephone headsets, emergency response systems, IVR systems, 1900 numbers and hosted solutions. Call Recording

CallTech has been suppying and maintaining Red Box Recorders in Australia since 2007. A Red Box Recorder is ideal for telephone call recording and two-way radio recording (including VoIP and RoIP networks). A Red Box Recorder is extremely easy to use and can record telephone systems from most major manufacturers including Avaya, Cisco, NEC, Aastra, Alcatel, Mitel and Panasonic.

Headsets

CallTech has been supplying telephone headsets and headset parts under the AAA Headsets trading name since 1994. We stock a large range of Plantronics, Sennheiser and Jabra headsets as well as headset batteries plus other headset parts and accessories. This include wireless and corded telephone headsets, PC headsets, adaptors, cables and ear cushions. AAA Headsets has experienced headset professionals who are focused on providing the best service and advice to our customers.

Emergency Response Systems

CallTech developed and maintains the Active Response Systems for Perth Airport, Sydney Airport and Emirates. The system allows a single PC operator to simultaneously notify multiple staff members of an emergency situation via an SMS warning followed by an automated telephone call. Staff members then respond to indicate if they can attend to the situation. This system allows an emergency response team to be assembled in a much shorter time than was previously possible.

IVR Solutions

For more than a decade we have been supplying and supporting turn-key Call Centre queuing systems and Hospital Patient IVR solutions with the systems installed at the customers' premises. Our main Call Centre solution, the CT-Hub, has made the task of handling high volumes of calls and related reporting easy for customers in government departments, travel agencies, technology sales centres, IT helpdesks and various other call centres around Australia.
